We'd love for you to bring your friends and family in for a day of fun and celebration. Whether it's a birthday party or a different occasion, we offer special rates for your group. To keep the fun going, we also provide pizza or Eegee's! See below for our rates. Don't see what you're looking for? Have a special request? Call us! We'd love to work with you to make your experience at Premises Park the absolute best.

Birthday Parties

• $12 per person for All Day access; minimum requirement of 5 Riders
  

• 5-15 people | $195 for 4 hours | Includes your choice of 4 pizzas or 36” Eegee’s
  

• 15-30 people | $550 for Exclusive All-Park Access

Parents and spectators are free to watch.

There is a spectating area, and fold out Tables are provided.

Premises has a full kitchen. you are welcome to use the refrigerator, oven, or BBQ. 

Helmets are required by everyone riding, and we have rentals available for $2 each.

Scooters and bikes are also available for rent, birthday rate is $5 per person.

All rentals are a first come, first served as we do not have many.  

drinks are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
